Consultancy and background

On request I do various assignments on tourism, public speaking, food business, and journalism.

Food business:
Having studied gastronomy for three years in Italy, and working full-time in the same field in Norway for another three years, I have acquired both experience and results in the food sector. As a food consultant I have worked hands-on within the fields of processing, distribution, logistics, e-commerce, retail, management and business development.
Clients and/or employers include: Matkollektivet, Reindyrka AS, Kompetansenavet Vest, Fiskfråfjorden SA, Håjen AS, Folkelig AS and Bondens Marked.

Journalism:
The past years I have worked and/or published for television, newspapers and magazines on the topics of politics, food and sports. Assignments have been done both in Norway and abroad.
Clients/employers and/or publications include: TV2, Bergens Tidende, Dagsavisen, Gudbrandsdølen Dagningen, Romsdals Budstikke, Tun Media, and Matmerk.

Public speaking:
I have held presentations on topics such as politics, culture and food.
Clients have included: Società Dante Alighieri, Centro Culturale Italiano, RE:ACT, Slow Food Bergen, Bioforsk, Sandsli VGS, Fylkesmannen i Hordaland, Fylkesmannen i Sogn og Fjordane, Sogn og Fjordane Fylkeskommune, Kompetansenavet Vest and Bergen Kunsthall.

Tourism:
On request I help to organize travels to Italy, Russia and Norway – nations that I have obtained knowledge about culture, history and food. Theme for travel is customized according to request, but my prime focus is the experience of genuine food, culture, traditions and humans. A combination of rural and urban areas gives the most full experience.
Clients have included: Bioforsk, Nesna Høgskole, Sandsli VGS, Kompetansenavet Vest, Kokkelauget Sør-Helgeland and MA gruppen.

Border Ranger in the Military National Service on the Norwegian Russian border.
Leader for ANSA Italia (Association of Norwegian Students Abroad).

Judge in the Pesto World Championship.
